REPLAY247 EVENT DELIVERY SYSTEM OUTAGE

As some of you know, REPLAY247.COM is currently experiencing an outage and cannot deliver Events. We are working with our 3rd party long distance and conferencing partners to identify and isolate the root cause of the issue and apply the necessary fixes.

However, as of 12:00 Noon, March 4th, we still have not been able to determine the root cause of the problem.

What does this mean?

It means you still can add, change, delete, and schedule Events and upload Event files. However, until the problem is resolved your Event(s) will not play!

Therefore, we are recommending that no NEW Events be scheduled until this problem is resolved.

Once we have a solution identified we will send a broadcast message to all customers with Events currently scheduled in the system.

We understand this outage may cause inconveniences with your teleseminar scheduling/delivery and we sincerely apologize for REPLAY247 not being available.
